After all the cancellations this week this was inevitable but we now have official confirmation from the organisers that the Formula 1 festival due to be held in Sandton has been postponed.

The last time Kyalami held a Formula 1 race was way back in 1993 but as we all know the circuit has undergone drastic upgrades in an attempt to lure international racing back to the country.
This year, three Fan Festivals will be held one of which will be right here in South Africa. Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit will play host to the first Fan Festiva of the year in the week following the Bahrain Grand Prix (22 March).
For the 23rd consecutive year, Mercedes-AMG will be in charge of providing the official Safety Car.
