Brabham Automotive has taken the covers off a road-legal variant of the bonkers BT62 hypercar and the first examples will reach customers in just a few weeks.

Considering Brabham is not a very large company and still very new, don’t expect thousands of this as yet undisclosed supercar to be made.
The team’s target is the 24 Hours of Le Mans and World Endurance Championship season in 2021/22.
The first road-going BT62 is expected to be delivered in the latter half of 2019.

They will be pulling off the covers at Monterey Car Week.
To stay road legal the car has to be shipped back to the UK every year.
The appearance at Goodwood marks another exclusive for Brabham, with the introduction of a new red and blue livery.
Not only does it sound fantastic with it’s naturally aspirated V8 but it looks incredible on the tarmac too.
No specifications on the road car were provided on the night but it is safe to assume it will be heavier than the ridiculously light track version (972 kg).
