The all-new Mercedes-Benz C-Class should debut late this year or early next year and the hotter Mercedes-AMG variant is likely to join it from launch.

According to a new report by Car and Driver, the twin-turbo Mercedes-AMG V8 will be phased out by Aston Martin in favour of a new electrified V6 developed inhouse.
You can bet that Mansory fiddled with the engine and although they did not provide power figures this time around, we know that they can massage the 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 to 850 horses and 1,000 Nm of torque.
Even though it refreshes a model which was only recently released, it does receive some new upgrades with some specific AMG features.
Not only did they add a pickup bed but also cranked the twin-turbo 4.0-litre V8 to 789 hp (588 kW) and 1,000 Nm of torque.
The hot variant of the GLA range has arrived and will make its public debut at the Geneva Motor Show next week.
Unfortunately, this is not available in South Africa but knowing what some local customers are spending in monthly instalments, there may actually be a small local market for this.
As expected, it will feature a twin-turbocharged 4.0-litre V8 engine, which is equipped with Mercedes’s EQ Boost 48-volt starter-generator mild-hybrid system.
