In 2016 we will be seeing the second-gen BMW X1 hitting the market which will be the first BMW with front-wheel drive and the ability to change to all-wheel drive too. As you can see in this latest rendering, the new X1 will take design cues from the new BMW X5 as well as the BMW X4. The front fascia will be more dynamic looking with the kidney grille connected to the headlights. As I expected the design will indeed cater for the younger demographic and I think this is a very good idea!
