Lamborghini has just been spotted testing the drop-top version of their highly impressive Huracán Performante.
The shots you see below courtesy of Autocar come from Germany and apart from the roof, visually it looks identical to the Coupe counterpart. It is most certainly expected to retain the mean 631 horsepower output from the V10 and will likely match the 0 to 100 km/h time of 2.9 seconds and top speed of 325 km/h of the Coupe. Extra weight and drag could mean very minor changes in the performance figures.
The car looks pretty much production ready so we could see it launched late this year with a LA Motor Show premiere highly likely.
“The Huracán Performante in coupé form costs £213,000; the regular Spyder carries an £18,000 premium over the coupé, so a price for the Huracán Spyder Performante of over £230,000 is likely.”
