Rezvani has finally unveiled their new Beast Alpha and it is essentially a hardtop version of the Beast launched last year. The most important aspect of this car is that it is not based around the Ariel Atom like its roadster sibling and instead uses a Lotus-based aluminum chassis. The turbocharger has also been dropped in favor of a Rotrex supercharger which when added to a 2.4-litre Honda engine you get 500 horses being pumped out. The Beast Alpha weighs just 884 kg’s which means it can hit 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.2 seconds and go all the way to 281 km/h.
The real unqie touch on this machine is the new ‘SideWinder’ doors. Yes they look extremely impractical but you can bet that simply buying a Rezvani Alpha Beast is impractical too. Inside you will get alcantara and leather, an infotainment system supporting Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, air conditioning, air bags and a number of different driving modes, including one which maximizes fuel efficiency.
Prices start at $200,000.
