This black Ferrari Enzo hit the auction block at Montery Car Week courtesy of Mecum Auctions and if you watch the video below, you will notice that it had some problems getting on to the stage. The Enzo’s engine compartment started sending smoke signals just as the senior Maranello halo car was about to hit the auction block. Judging by what we can see in the piece of footage below, we are, most likely, dealing with clutch smoke. Nothing scares buyers more than seeing the car they are bidding on being pushed onto the auction stand. With all the bidders having seen the smoke and the human horspower getting it up there, it still managed to fetch $2,15 million. There were only 400 of them made and in black is seriously rare so the price is probably justified.
