Jaguar are busy with their F-Type facelift / refreshed range and according to CarScoops, this car in the spy pics below packs a 2-litre four-cylinder engine. A simple cross-check between the vehicles plates and the UK registration system reveals that it is indeed powered by a 2.0-litre which will without a doubt be turbocharged. The JLR group already offers a force-fed four across it’s range and the F-Type is actually the only Jaguar model that has not received it yet. The other cars with this engine deliver up to 237 horsepower and 340Nm of torque through an eight-speed auto transmission which is simply not enough when it comes to the F-Type. Jaguar will either modify the existing unit or drop in one of their upcoming Ingenium gasoline fours producing at least 300 hp.
