The car you see below is the Aston Martin Vantage GT3, well it was, because it is now called the Vantage GT12 because Porsche threatened them with a lawsuit. I don’t see why Aston Martin gave into this because they do not own the rights to the GT3 name as it is a class of racing which includes a whole host of manufacturers. Aston probably did not feel like the headache that Porsche would give them so they simply change the name. To be brutal, GT12 doesn’t have the same ring to it but the car is still a completely hardcore track machine which in the end is all the matters. Oh yes, we have two of these beauties coming to South Africa this year.
