According to Car and Driver, we will see the Veyron’s successor in the metal and it will be called the Chiron. The name originates from the former Bugatti racing driver, Louis Chiron, who competed in Formula One and raced in the Monaco Grand Prix at 58 years old. Chiron was the name Bugatti gave their 1999 concept car which was styled by Italdesign Giugiaro. There is no doubt this car will be mental but it will sound so weird saying the word ‘Bugatti’ without following up with ‘Veyron’.
