I love it when an already impressive track car is given even more of a boost without changing the look too much. The German tuner, Wimmer RS have done just that with the KTM X-Bow GT and the numbers are pretty radical. They have taken the 2.0-litre turbocharged engine which pushes out 281 horsepower when standard and turned it up all the way to 429 horsepower. Wimmer RS claim the car can hit 100 km/h in just 3.3 seconds and go all the way on to 246 km/h. It also gets new interior trim with orange seams, new wheels and a lovely sports exhaust. This is tuning done right and it will be shown at Essen Motor Show this month.
