So the CEO and owner of Hennessey Performance have released some information regarding an upgraded 2013 model of the Hennessey Venom GT. The 2012 model is powered by a V8 that produces a whopping 1200hp which allows it to hit 100km/h in a spleen-hurting 2.2 seconds. The most important upgrade for the 2013 model is the performance. The engine is upgraded to a 7.0 liter twin turbo V8 producing over 1500hp. This is linked to a new 7-speed paddle shift transmission and this converts to a power to weight ratio of more than 1bhp to 1kg. This is going to be absolutely INSANE! Could it hit the 2.0s mark or even break it?
