An event hosted by Elton John in support of the Elton John Aids Foundation (EJAF) saw a pair of chrome R8 Spyder’s being donated by Audi. These were done by Audi and not some after-market place so it was the legit thing. The 2 cars managed to fetch nearly $1 million together which is a much heftier price than what a standard one goes for. I think it looks very cool but would never pay for one!
